
Dr. Bryan D. Choi
“Oral health is a mirror to general health.”
Dr. Bryan D. Choi’s mission is to provide painless, high-quality dentistry that will not only allow patients to regain their oral and systemic health, but through knowledge and education, also maintain effective and sustainable oral hygiene habits that will lead to an overall healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to the United States when he was eight years old. Since moving to the US, Dr. Choi has lived in Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana and finally settled in Northern Virginia in 2017. Dr. Choi completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He is also certified in implant dentistry through a master’s course by Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center (AIC) and certified in administering botulinum toxin (type A) through Empire Medical Group.
Outside of the office, Dr. Choi enjoys basketball, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Leo Perez
Dr. Leo Perez is a native of Texas and received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas of San Antonio (UTSA). Following this, he pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA). Dr. Perez has had Navy sponsorship throughout his training via the Health Services Collegiate Program (HSCP). He was honorably selected into a Full-Time Out Service (FTOS) OMS residency program during dental school. Dr. Perez continued his training at UTHSCSA and earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD). During this time, he completed his general surgery and anesthesia internship and subsequently completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training in 2014.
Special interests of Dr. Perez include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant, and bone grafting surgeries, cleft palate surgery, orthognathic surgery, trauma surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, facial cosmetics, and TMJ surgery and reconstruction.
Outside of the office, Dr. Perez is currently on inactive duty at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he functions as staff in an OMS resident and teaching facility that engages in the full scope of the specialty. Dr. Perez spends all of his free time with his wife and three kids.

Dr. Jesus M. Gonzalez
Dr. Jesus M. Gonzalez was raised in El Paso, Texas, and enlisted in the US Navy as a dental technician after graduating from high school. He attended community college during his enlisted time and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of North Texas in 2004. Dr. Gonzalez attended dental school through the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program (HSCP) scholarship and graduated cum laude with research honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) in May 2008 earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Gonzalez returned to the fleet assigned to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. He completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in 2009 and was selected into a full-time out service Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency through the Navy Duty Under Instruction (DUINS) program. He continued his training at UTHSCSA and earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2013. During this time, he completed his general surgery and anesthesia internship and subsequently completed his oral & maxillofacial surgery training in 2016. After graduating from residency, he was given an overseas assignment to Okinawa, Japan where he served as a battalion surgeon. While in Okinawa, he attained diplomate status from the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS) in 2018. He served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Eisenhower (CVN 69) for one year before transferring to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Dr. Gonzalez is currently on active duty at Walter Reed where he functions as a staff surgeon in the OMS residency program where he teaches surgery residents and practices the full scope of the specialty. His special interests include trauma surgery, TMJ surgery/reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, and dentoalveolar surgery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys his free time with his wife and three kids.
